1/2 Punnet of chestnut mushrooms
2 Red onion
1 pinch Salt
5 Sprigs of fresh thyme
5 tbsp Tomato purée
10g Vegetable stock (cube or other)
600ml Water
1 Whole cauliflower
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
